Oversee two Media Centers located at the Main and Avon Williams Campuses and supervise a staff of four media technicians.

Select, build and develop a collection of digital media and other timely and relevant resources to support the university's academic programs.

Maintain updates of all available media resources, including streaming videos, films, tapes, photos, slides, and applicable software.

 Schedule meetings with various academic departments to determine multimedia needs for instructional purposes.

 Provide support for faculty and students needing media presented in a classroom setting.

Responsible for taping University-sponsored programs and events, such as commencements, convocations, lyceums, etc.

Manages, plans, and coordinates regular workshops in the Library's Makerspace Imagineering Lab.

Director of Diversity Track

January 2018 - Present

Facilitate the diversity and customer service training for track volunteers and staff

 Responsible for over 33 hours of unique programming content, matching guests and attending professionals to appropriate panels, arranging moderators, and all background logistics such as technical, handicap, or security needs.

Publicizing Track events by coordinating with Dragon Con press, social media, TV, and broadcasting departments.

 Maintain an official web page and Facebook page for the department.

 Coordinate the schedules and needs of the department's nine volunteers as well as the 140 plus people attending each hour of programming.
